Hello - I am new to the Forum.
At times - my little Maggie uses her paw when she eats. She picks up a piece of her dry food & eats it off of her paw. Has anyone else seen this with thier cat(s). It really is so adorable.

Hi Ma Potter! Welcome to TCS! Others have posted about this. I don't remember who, but someone had their cat who did this with WET food, LOL! Our kitties don't eat with their paws, though it really must be too adorable.
Your kitty must be really co-ordinated to balance that kibble on there!

BTW - welcome to TCS! PLEASE feel free to poke around and I hope you enjoy the site! Just jump in anywhere - we're a welcoming group and enjoy the participation of any cat lover!

That was me with the boy who eats wet food with his paw part of the time and makes a mess. It's funny, but I do get tired of the bits of food on the wall and floor from him shaking some of it off his paw. It's a good thing he's cute!

Welcome ma potter! My cat Bogart has done that for a long time. Doesn't matter if is wet or dry food, he likes to select what he puts in his mouth carefully.

It really is a cute habit!!

LOL! Bogart is 13 years old and still going strong with the habit - if anything it has gotten more pronounced over the years!!

Hi and welcome to TCS mapotter.

I don't have the problem (not really a problem, just a kitty quirk) with mine but Kuce will only drink water with her paws.
