I just got my 2nd kitten! He's 11 weeks old but he's *so* tiny he looks more like 7 weeks? His mother was apparently very/small thin and probably didn't produce enough milk. Is there anything special I can give him to fatten him up and make sure he gets all his nutrients?

Get some KMR and mix it in his wet food. I did this with all my kittens until they were about 12 weeks. You can find KMR at almost any pet store or on Amazon.

Thanks! He's already 11 weeks though. And I live in Norway so if I need to order this it may take weeks to get here.. Can they have it past 12 weeks?

Also, how do you feed it? Do you need a bottle? Or can you mix it with their wet food?

Sure they can have it past 12 weeks. It's good for extra calories. I wouldn't use it long-term though just for a few weeks to help put on the calories. No bottle necessary, you just mix the powder with water and then you can mix that into wet food. Maybe you can find something similar in Norway? It doesn't have to be the brand KMR, just any kitten milk replacement works, or even raw goats milk if you can get ahold of that.

Apparently the local pet stores carries a variant of babycat milk by Royal Canin.. Is that the same thing?

I gave him some goat milk in the meantime and I think it gave him diarrhea :(  Wasn't even very much... just mixed a little in with his regular food.

Sometimes cats get diarrhoea or other poo issues just from a change of diet, so it may be that the goat milk was different rather than that it was goat milk in particular. What gives most cats tummy problems withmilk is lactose, and goat milk is very low in lactose, and he's also young enough now that he's probably not fully lactose intolerant anyway. I might give it another few tries before deciding he can't handle it at all, or if you got the Royal Canin kitten milk, try that instead but maybe be aware he might have a tummy reaction to that as well.
