Hi, I have a question: i've got a 5 months female kitten, and I'm organising her diet: Could I give her a little of canned food in the morning, a little of stella and chewy's in the evening, and during the day acana dry food (30g)? Is it ok or it is too much various? Giving 30g of acana, which is the quantity of the order meals? I want to give kibble because i am not economically independent, but i also want give her good meal with water like Stella and Chewy's, which costs a lot but giving dry food I reduce the amount of it. Thanks

That sounds fine
5 month old kittens are still growing so you wil probably need to feed more food than what you are thinking of right now.  30 grams (about 1 oz) of food is not a lot. Kittens can eat as much as 6 to 8 oz or more of food a day, some piggies may eat that much in one meal. It would be best if you could just feed your kitten as much as she wants for each meal. I'd still limit the dry food to a small amount for snacking on.

Hi LTS3, thanks for your reply! I give mor than 1 oz of food a day :), kibble represent a part of it! The rest is -at the moment- wet food. My kitten doesn't eat a lot

My kitten is about the same age as yours, and I feed him 50% kibble and 50% wet food, plus various little treats ( I tend to crumble freeze-dried raw food into his kibble) and he's been doing great on this diet. No digestive problems that I can discern. My vet actually recommended feeding both kibble and wet to prevent him being picky.
He gets about 3/8 cup of kibble to eat through the day, and a can to half a can of wet a day (depending on the can size). I'm getting all set to increase how much he gets though, since he's grown.
