Sneezing Cat-- Vet?

One of my cats has a cold. He's a very healthy guy otherwise, 3 years old, etc. Is it like colds in humans where meds don't do much, or should I take him in for antibiotics? The only symptom is sneezing-- but a LOT of it. He was sneezing like crazy through the night. TIA

This is probably a URI (upper respiratory infection).  Unlike colds in humans, cats don't often get over it without intervention, and it can become very serious, in a few cases, even fatal.  Before you go off the deep end over that, a trip to the vet and a course of meds will, 99 times out of 100, clear it right up,
