I have two cats that live in my farm, one is a female tuxedo cat and her daughter Vanilla who is a mostly white with black spots she-cat. Vanilla acts almost just like a tame cat and is very sweet and I want her mother to be tame as well. The closest I got to her was when she let me stroke her back when she was eating the food I give them every day. Any advice on how to tame a feral ? BTW she doesn't have a name yet so if you have any good name suggestions please let me know :3

All of ours were strays or outright feral.  We love trapped (oops that's supposed to be live trapped but love looks good there so I'm leaving it :) ) most, confined them to a room, my office, there's a whole thread here on how to do this.  But now we have two still outside who sound like yours.  My husband is the one who reassured them to start with, with his constant presence that never threatened them and they became comfortable around him.  Once they would show their faces and stay in our view and come close I began to play with them with the Magic Stick.  I firmly believe that play ranks as high in the taming as feeding and watering.  Maybe higher as it's a different level of socialization than just survival.  ONe of these now spending nights inside, sleeping right beside me.  The other is taking longer, she's been out on the lam on her own for longer (four years we've been seeing her) but I can pet her and approach and now she'd rather have pets than plays.  Can't pick her up yet.  So, you could live trap and then force a bit or if you leave them outside it will probably take longer but it sounds like you are well on the way with at least one.
