 We recently lost our sweet Sadie at 16 years old on July 1st... we talked about getting another cat but it wasn't right for awhile... then my wife's cousin told us of a friend she had, and her cat just had kittens, so we decided it was time.

 We didn't know it at the time, but these little girls were born July 2nd, the day after we lost Sadie. So here are our new "kids", Jasmine, the striped one and Lily is the one with the white. They are about 8 weeks old and we are having to re-learn how to deal with not one, but two little mischief makers! :D

Oh the new kids are darling!!! Seems like kismet for them to come into this world a day after your Sadie left it. I hope Jasmine and Lily bring you lots of joy and laughter [emoji]10084[/emoji]️

@SadiesDad

So sorry to hear about Sadie.

A good timing that Jasmine and Lily came. What a pair of adorable kittens [emoji]10084[/emoji]️

Congratulations on your new family members!
   Jasmine and Lily are completely adorable - I just love those dear little faces.   Although nothing can make up for losing Sadie, I'm glad you have these two little sweethearts to add happiness to your days again.

Lily and Jasmine are cute, you are so lucky to have them at the same time. You will have a great time with two cuties.

I know this will sound crazy, but I really believe it since I have seen it so many times as a private rescuer of kittens/cats. When we lose a cat, they find a way to return to us, sometimes in little pieces of personality, and other times, completely. Maybe we see our lost cats in new arrivals because we want too, but it happens so often, it can't be coincidence.

Anyway, these two are gorgeous, and the birthday seems to be no accident either, I hope they allow you to feel whole again, as I am also certain they will bring you lots of joy. Look for Sadie in their personality, I bet she is there and happy to be home again. Sincerely, the kittykeepers.

When my Harry died in July my middle cat Looby Loo became more like him. For the 1st time ever, she would sit on a sofa with me & even let me brush her. It was so noticeable that she had taken some of Harry's traits. Totally weird.

Hi! I'm new here... My 23 years old cat dyed a few years ago... I was thinking not to have a cat anymore. But when I saw this kitty in a shelter I changed my mind. And on the same day he was with me...His name is Kiskis.
Welcome to you and Kiskis[emoji]128522[/emoji]
I'm terribly sorry for the loss of your beloved cat but I'm happy to see that you have opened your heart to sweet Kiskis. He looks like a big fluffy ball of love [emoji]10084[/emoji]️

Thank you all! We are looking forward to many years with these girls.... They are as wild as buck rabbits right now LOL! Running, chasing each other, funny to watch...

Thanks woolcats, glad you have another one to love... He looks happy :)

I have thought the exact same thing... I have seen a movie or read a book or something, where a person or animal passes, to be reborn in a new life as a baby. I think it was meant to be, and I have already looked into both kitties eyes wondering if Sadie may be there... thank you

When you love a cat right, they always find a way back to us, they have more than 9 lives, I am certain of it. Say hello to Sadie for us, sincerely, the kittykeepers.
