18 day old kitten constantly pees on herself even after being stimulated ?

Hi all, my partner and I are currently bottle raising an orphan kitten that was abandoned by her mother and she is growing well, eating, pooping ect but we were just wondering if it's normal for her to constantly wet herself ? We stimulate and she uses the bathroom usually I sit with her just massaging her belly like our vet advised us to help with her constipation. She gets on her back and tries to suck and bite on my fingers maybe play a bit not sure if that's what she's doing but when she gets turned over or picked up she'll usually pee again without stimulation usually multiple times her bedding needs to be changed nightly and she needs rinsing pretty often as it gets all over her legs and sometimes I'll find her with a wet back when she's been in her carrier(that's where she sleeps) and I know she's just been laying on her back and peed herself. Is this normal ? Shes stimulated after waking up, before and after meals but the past four days she's done this.

She's close to 3 weeks old, and kittens begin to be able to go on their own around this age. It's good that you are rinsing her so she does not suffer urine burns. Try leaving her on her tummy more than on her back. It may help a little. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Thanks for the reply we haven't been letting her play on her back because it's getting a little silly how often she soils herself. She had a bath last night and this morning was soaked again. I know she's a way off from litter box training but any idea how soon we can start ?

You can start anytime, but she may not be ready for another 2 weeks.
