Thanks for the info.Just FYI, @TabbyTom, neonatal and unweaned kittens require feeding very frequently -- as much as every 2 hours, around the clock -- and stimulation to eliminate. They must be monitored very carefully as to temperature, too. That is why the high attrition rate for kittens. Fosters are lifegiving because they do these jobs. Otherwise, there is no one to do them in most shelters/ACC's. Horrendous, but that's the reality. Fosters are heroes!
