Since Bandit has been battling pancreatitis for what seems like a month (on and off), I went and got him Pepcid AC ---vet told me a quarter tablet 2x a day was the dose. I just gave him some and I *think* He's feeling a wee bit better. I take it it's for nausea associated with acid reflux?

So, he also takes prednisone and ciscipride and I know the vet knows all his meds---but I don't want to give them all together----how far apart should I space them? I'm thinking I will give him his steroid at 10:30pm--an hour after the pepcid AC and his ciscipride after midnight (I'm on a later time for work this weekend so I am a night owl ;) ).

Then, I have bupernorphine for pain, but with all these meds, I don't want to over whelm his system. He's stitting in a folded position but he's not looking like he's in pain--in fact he is improving slowly each day.

Lastly, is chicken ok to feed him? He seems to be enjoying it---just an over roasted chicken from a restuarant that I have left overs from. White meat only.

Thanks folks!

Can't tell you about the meds, but the chicken is OK minus the bones. Would watch the salt and other spices myself. Good luck with all the meds I hope he gets better soon.

Thank you @Tico  . I am removing chicken from the breast and always check for bones.

The Pepcid AC is working amazingly!!! He's eaten more tonight than with the anti nauseant and is sleeping comfortably on my bed... :D

If he likes chicken buy some at the store and poach it. I wouldn't really feed anything that's cooked anywhere else because it's probably loaded with salt, which is not good.
