How long does cat poop smell (under my deck)

I had a feral cat and her kittens under my deck for 2 weeks. I was finally able to get them all out, and board it closed. I made sure none got left underneath, but the stench in my backyard is awful now. I cannot get back under it again. It is currently 90's average, and part of the area gets wet in the morning from my sprinklers. It is all dirt underneath.

Any ideas how long before the poop stops smelling in these conditions? And once rain starts, will it refresh the poop?

I would suggesst you get some quicklime and sprinkle it over that whole area under your deck.  That's what is used in outhouses, and it dries up the organic matter that is making the smell.
