Admin please feel free to move thread to the right group.

Okay so I have what I believe is a feral male cat that is unaltered in my neighborhood. He is causing a big problem for my cats inside there have been a lot of fights between my boys when this feral cat shows up.

This morning was one of the worst, They woke everyone up in the house I live with two other roommates. Then this is the first time that the feral when up the window and tried to attack my cats though the window usually he just sits in view of my cats and taunts them.

I know he is unaltered because I have seen him spray our fence.

I just need to know what I can do to stop these fights. I have a few falway plug ins around the house already.

Can you afford to trap him and have him altered? That's about the only way to stop the spraying and possibly the fights. A local shelter or rescue might be able to lend (or rent) you a humane trap.

I can try and save up I know I have enough to rent the trap but the neuter is another matter. I have been looking on line and I found a resource that will help me. They have a TNR class coming up in two weeks I might sign up for it so that way I would get a discount on the trap and the neuter.

That class sounds like it would be very helpful. I wish we had something like that around here The good news is that neutering a male is cheaper than spaying a female, and the recovery is much faster. Good luck!
