OK, I found a scab on Mittens today on the back of her neck...

Im like, what is this?? a scab of unknown origin.  I got a q tip and treated it with polysporin.  8 hours later the scab is gone, and now she has a bald spot about the size of a pea.  What might this be???  she has a vet appt next week, but in the meantime...?? 

could be fleas. My girl is allergic to fleas and I gave them to her twice (I work outdoors and the little sneaks got a ride on my boots!). She would scratch bald spots due to the dermatitis from the bites. My boy never even showed any signs of issues.

Talk to your vet and get some advantage or revolution. Stuff is excellent!
