Hi there I'm new here but have spent quite a bit of time reading different health threads on this site. Everyone seems so knowledgeable so I thought I'd give it a try myself. Backstory: two weeks ago we found a kitten outside our apts during a thunder storm she was wet, crying, and still had her umbilical cord attached so we brought her inside no sign of mom cat yet. She was aspirating milk basically from day one so we took her to the vet this past Sunday overall health she got 3 out of 5 because of the issues with her nose (sneezing milk) and mouth. Our vet gave her 10 days of Albon and sent us on our way. She eats well and does okay when it comes to pooping/peeing. Basically last night she wet her bed and herself so I had to rise her off because I didn't want her little skin to become irritated. So she had her bath was quiet and all was well until we were finishing up I few last droplets of water fell out of the faucet and landed on the back side of her ear. I Didnt see it happen but noticed a few seconds later so I wiped it up and took her out of the bathroom to dry her off. This morning she's acting normal but I noticed her trying to scratch her ear with her back leg it's a little cute because she can't reach but it worries me ! I rub the back of her ear to give some relief and she shakes her head ? Do I really have to schedule a vet visit so soon ?
