My family got a new kitten about a month ago, she's about 5 months old now. She has slight bumps on the front of her body--on her front leg, on the bridge of her nose, behind her ears, and around her collar region. They're kind of crusty and sometimes scabby but the fur is there. New bumps pop up every couple of days. We kind of thought they were just allergies and were just gonna finish this batch of food, start her on a new one and see how that works.
But now the corner of one her eyes is red, she has what looks like scrapes between her ear/eyes (though that might just be from rough housing with our other cat, who is generally very nice to her but sometimes they exchange swipes), and her nose is always full of crusty snot.
I'm 20 and I'm housesitting while my parents are on vacation (along with our car), so I need to know how urgent this is. If it's urgent, I'll take an uber and go to the vet as soon as possible. If not, my parents come home Friday and the local vet is open on Saturday mornings.

Other details:
- We had to wait an extra week before adopting her because she had a fever and her foster mom wanted to keep her longer. Could this be related? That was over a month ago but she's had bumps for almost as long as we've had her.
- She had worms but they've been treated and it's been over two weeks, so the meds should have worked. I've seen no worms in her stool since.
- Alarmed by the scrapes on her face, I checked the rest of her body and find a small wound--not bloody--on one of her back paws, is that relevant?
