We gave Pip his first vaccinations last week and the vet said we should expecting him to be lazy for around 24 hours but 4 days later he was still very lathargic and not eating as much.
We took him back to the vets and they gave him a an injection of antibiotics and was told it was a mild reaction to the vaccinations and today 3 days after going to the vets he's not eating or drinking, he's still lethargic and wont play at all. I've tried feeding him from my hand but he just sniffs it and leaves, he seems to be panting quite alot and I can hear a little wheeze sometimes and ive seen him gag a few times like hes trying to throw something up but never does.
Just infront of his back legs is getting quite thin and he seems to do some kind of moan or light coughing noise. He meows at me and my family but we dont know what he wants.

Get back to the vet.  Perhaps a different one, if you don't have confidence in the one he as seen,  He MUST eat and drink.  A pate type food can be mixed with water and fed via syringe.  Tuck the syringe in his cheek, inject a small amount of the "soup," allow him to swallow, then repeat,  This will keep him going until  you can get back to the vet, but this is urgent.  It's been going on too long to be "just" anything.

@Mamanyt1953   is so correct on this.. Go immediately to a different VET.. Take everything you have about her vaccinations and her care with you!!

This sounds urgent.. Even an Emergency VET.. I do not want your little one to have untreated pneumonia... dangerous...

This is not normal....not at all....
