HELP my cat is puking bugs

He has vomittes 3 times and I noticed these bugs in the last two. It's mostly all consist of these bugs some hair and a white substance. I have not been able to find anything that looks like this online. I have no idea what this is please help.

How is he feeling otherwise? I'm not sure what kind of bug that was (hard to tell as it's probably semi-digested at best) but it could just be that it "didn't agree" with your cat and so was brought right up. What I'm trying to say is that it wasn't necessarily toxic. 

Is your cat ok other than the vomiting?

If possible, I recommend that you email your vet the picture of the vomit with the bugs in it. It might save a trip to the vet. Your vet may have an idea of what the bugs are from the picture of may ask you to bring the cat in anyways for a more thorough check up. If your cat throws up again, you should save a sample of the vomit and the bugs so the vet can test it.

Yeah, that's a cricket. They must taste horrid because my boy, when he was younger, ate the odd one and threw it right back up and it looked like this. He's almost 17 now. I wouldn't worry too much...other than having to clean it up which is nasty
