Hello.
So my female cat Lana had kittens almost 7 weeks ago. Lately i've noticed the almost like lump hanging from her belly. She doesn't react when I touch. Shes eating find. Its feel quite fatty, but not completely solid. What is it? Should I be worried?

There is no way to tell what this is without a vet.  There are any number of quite harmless things it could be, and an equal number of quite dangerous, even lethal, things it could be.  My very best advice to you is to get your girl to the vet as soon as possible.  The one thing we know for sure, waiting will NOT make it better.  Best of luck to  you and your precious mama cat.

Thanks for the advice. I've been researching online and think it could be a premordial pouch (if thats spelt right). It seems harmless and shes has no change in behaviour or habits. Will get it check by a vet when she gets spayed, which is soon.

That would be one of those harmless things I mentioned.   Hekitty has a primordial pouch.  Comes from being too fond of Temptations, an agile mind at stealing the Temptations, and being shaped like a furry football.  For that matter, I seem to have developed one over the years, myself!   How odd..my emoji migrated!
