A sharp thing on my kittens head?

There is this sharp thing on my kittens head? She doesn't seem to be acting any differently before (i got her 3 days ago,) but I'm still worried. It feels like something you could just pull out, like a pointy zit. She isn't complaining, and it might be nothing, but I still would like to know if anyone has seen something similar to this.

You describe it as a pointy zit, could it possibly be a scab? I know I have found scabs on my pets before and they can feel hard and pointy. Can you get a good look at it?

It doesn't quite look like a scab, but I'll keep that as a possibility.

The other possibilities I can think of are ingrown hair, or she got something sticky in her fur and it hardened. Sorry I can't help more, best thing to do is keep a eye on it and if it gets worse take her into the vet.

Alright thank you, I'll just keep an eye on it and take her to the vet if it doesn't go away.
