We took in stray kittens a week ago, they were born to a feral mom. Approx 8 weeks old, have 3 of the original 5 caught - 2 were adopted. One male had runny nose and eyes, mostly clear tears/ discharge, but since vet visit most of it cleared up. Eyes still water a little, but did improve some. Vet visit 3 days ago. Gave each kitten dewormer, antibiotic, tested for fel hiv, and listened to lungs. All 3 babies lungs said to have sounded clear. Heres my dilemma. The male makes this sound like his nose is stuffed, kind of a snore, but not exactly.I feel like he does it less than before, but still does it enough that I think something is up. He does not do it constantly, usually when we present wet food, or at other random times that I have not yet patterned. He plays, but lower energy. He eats, but only dry food. He is a love, truly enjoys human contact and will be a great lap cat. Does not snore/ snort when sleeping. I'm waiting to see if he just needs more time with the meds, and also don't have tons of money to keep going to vets- feel like the vet I just saw let us down. Any ideas what I might have here?

One additional note: even put out tuna in water and he started with the noise, moved his head away, then watched other kittens eat. Then he found dry food and ate that. Could he just be stuffed and not getting good smell of the food? The other kittens come running for wet foods, he doesn't.

It could be that he's still a bit stuffed up.  Have you tried warming up some stinky wet food and see what happens?  Also, try putting him in the bathroom with the shower running and have him breathe in the steamy air.  They usually helps with the stuffy nose.  Just stay in there with him.  Don't get him wet, just have him in the room after it gets steamy.
