Help with junior

We found junior about 2 weeks go vet said he was about 3 weels and today i noticed he is loosing hair from his nose and chek his cheek looks red and swollen idk if he has been scratching idk what is wrong with him please help.me

I am sorry you are going through this.  Thank you for taking in Junior and giving him a home.  Have you called the vet about these new symptoms?  I would let your vet know what is happening.  I am not sure off the top of my head what is causing this since I am not a vet.  

If this were my baby I would take him back to the vet for an exam for these new issues. Junior is adorable.
