We have given our cats Cosequin for joint health on and off for the last few years, and it seemed to have helped some of the older boys like Simon and Sebastian. I recently started to give them (again, here and there, not everyday) GNC multivitamins with digestive enzymes in, and they seem to tolerate them well, and I was wondering if any of you also give vitamins to your cats.

Thank you,

Les

I would say that, as with humans, the cat's should not need vitamins if not told so by a vet, as healthy cat food always include all they need.

Maybe take a look at this site as well?:

Also, if you are worried that the food you are giving them does not include, you might want to ask for a blood test, to see if they need anything. In the worst cases, which mostly does not happen, getting to much of any type of vitamin suppliments might give a pet problems.
