I wrote in the other thread about this.  The proper dose of Frontline for any weight cat (under 22 lbs.) is 0.5ml, that is HALF of ONE MILLILITER.  Or half a cc, however you want to measure, they are the same.  Get a 1 ml. syringe (don't use the insulin syringes, they are marked in UNITS, not milliliters)  So if you are using the extra large dog Frontline, one of the dog doses will treat EIGHT cats.  Each of thse extra large dog dosese holds 4.02 mls, and each cat dose is only half of ONE ml., so yes, 8 cat doses in one extra large dog size.  If you are using smaller dog size, the dose of 0.5 ml. is still correct.  You just wont have as many in your dog dose.
