New Flea Control product?

Was talking to my aunt today and she was telling me about a flea control pill that her vet sells that supposedly kills all the fleas on a cat in 24 hours, and is then gone out of their system, and could be used in conjuntion w/topicals by killing them off, then after 24 hrs using the Top-spot type to kill off any that hatched out later. Anybody know anything about it???

Never heard about it but it sounds interesting!

Apparently my vet uses that whenever they board a cat that has any fleas on it when it comes in. But, I don't know anything about it.
