I agree. Once her milk comes in, she's really close - from two days to a few days at most. [emoji]128077[/emoji]

she doesn't seem to have dropped tho what does it look like when there bell's drop

They tend to look slightly smaller on the sides, and the belly hangs lower underneath. But I honestly never noticed if my cat dropped because she was so huge!

I know!

Here is a picture of my cat the day before she gave birth to 4 kittens. She was a pregnant stray I took in and kept:


It's tough to watch them go through everything.

so what are the signs I should look for she isn't meowing all the time she is still eating and dringend she prefers to be everywhere im at but a few weeks ago she just wanted to be left alone now she just wants to be loved on and next to me

Pregnant cats become very affectionate towards the end!

You'll look for discharge, mucus plug, waters breaking, moving from place to place, and contractions that look like ripples in her sides.

She will get in the nest when she is ready. Cats usually have their kittens within a week of getting their milk.

That's always preferable! Although most cats manage well on their own, many cats will hold off labor until their special human can be with them.

I worried over it too, but my cat gave birth on a Sunday morning when I was home.
