Can you give us a bit more information? Is this kitten an orphan? Are you stimulating it to pee and poop? How much and how often are you feeding it? Which kind of kmr?

Yes she is an orphan and yes we are simulating her and we are feeding her KMR she eats about 15 mL every 4-6 hours like we were told by the vet.

The amount depends on the acutal weight, 8ml/oz / day. 300g gives 10 oz, and 80ml.   so its roughly what she gets today.   Its possibly a shade too little...

At 3 weeks you can probably deworm her, as there are both mild Pyrantel preparates supposed to use at 2+ weeks.  You tell you can observe she has worms, so...

The allround Milbomax is too supposed to be possible to use at 2+ weeks...

Re  constipation.  The first stage is to make sure she has enough with fluids.  Perhaps some drops extra water between feedings?

Also, give her 2-3 drops of coldpressed olive ol canola oil to her KMR.  After several doses it should begin to work.  When she begins to eliminate, decrease to 1-2 drops,

almost any food oil may work, but these mentioned are healthy nourishment by themselves...

How much does the kitten weigh? The kitten should eat every 3-4 hours, not 4-6.

had you began with these oils mentioned?

Minerale oil is even more potent, but its to find one which is food grade...

A angelarenay2322

If you add 1-2 drops of olive or vegetable oil to her formula it will soften her poop. Gentle tummy rubs help also.

I would stop putting karo syrup in.

You can also use 2 drops of INfFANT Mylicon to help her with the gas.

Are you feeding her enough? At 12 ounces she needs a total of 96mLs of formula each 24 hours. This would be 16mLs PER feeding every 4 hours. She must get this much to grow.

Let us know how she does with this today.

You can always begin with adding some  coldpressed olive or canola oil.  Say about 3-4 drops a portion. (she isnt no longer an infant).

Make sure she has enough fluids.  Eating mainly wet food, she will not need much extra water, but still be sure she has and drinks.

After several meals with oil added, it should begin to result.  When she does,  make the dose half.

Almost any food oil will do, but these mentioned are healthy nourishing by themselves.

Can I use olive oil and do I just put it in her wet food? I keep water in her bowl and she's tried to drink it twice.
