I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.

Are you wanting to know if there are likely to be complications with delivery?

How much does the kitten weigh?

How many kittens is she pregnant with?

Please develop your questions, they are unclear.

Anyways, if you ask if a 6 months CAN get pregnant?  Its not the most common, but it certaily may happen, if she is early.  Even younger than this may come into early fertility, and thus, get impregnated.

If  she may manage to deliver alive kittens and herself survive without big damages?  Yes with a little luck and with Gods help, the delivery may go OK. In part because the young are extra flexible in their joints.

But the risks are certainly bigger than with a healthy adult.  so its red alert.

Another  common complication is the young mamma doesnt understand what is going on, and needs help from the owner at birth and shortly after.  Although with a little luck, the instincts kick in after a while, and the young mamma do often become a good mother.

We do not recommend nor encourage such young motherships. And recommend to actively prevent such situation.

But what is done is done, and we try to help out as well we can.
