Glad to hear that Little Bear is doing well. Hope she continues on this good path. She must be happy to have someone who loves her so much and is caring for her. All of us here at TCS are wishing you both well. Please continue to update!!

Yes, Little Bear is an amazing little kitty, but you are amazing as well.
Both of you are fighting together to make her well. She is fighting because she knows she is loved and that is all any kitty truly wants.

Aw, thank you : ) I was a bit worried that her tummy is a bit too round but it's good to hear that it just looks like a normal kitten tummy (she had eaten quite recently ).  She is such a sweetie. x

That update and video made my heart so happy!!! Great idea to give her toys with sound...and look at her go!! Am continuing to send lots of healing love her way. Thank you for taking such good care of this little baby: she deserves a great life and because of you, she will have it. [emoji]128519[/emoji][emoji]10084[/emoji]️

Out of interested, does anyone have any experience with corneal ulcers in kittens.  Here eyes keep changing and I am hoping that they're improving rather than getting worse.  They don't seem to cause her any pain and the vets said to stick with the drops and come back next week for a check up.    I've tried to photograph the changes but being a kitten here eyes are either closed (sleeping) or she's like a live wire.. (awake and playful)  so I haven't managed to get a decent shot of the changes.

Yes, but now I am quite worried, this evening that her left one may have collapsed.  It was looking better yesterday but all of a sudden it seem small in the socket.  She is in fine spirits but this eye looks weird.. I will try to post a photo if she will sty still for a minute : ) x

I agree she needs to see the vet again regardless. She needs her eyes checked since they are changing, as you say.

The video is brilliant. Little Bear has been through so much in her very short life & I am glad that she can now be a kitten & enjoy her life.

Hey there, So, little Bear is still doing very well physically apart from her eyes.  She's now weighing 510g  which is great.  The vet has referred us to a specialist opthalmic vet and we're going to see her today.  No real change in the eyes, I am sure that the left one is damaged beyond hope but it's not causing her any pain as far as I can tell.  (No scratching or rubbing)   The right eye.. well, we will have to wait and see what the vet says .  I am keeping my fingers crossed. x

So happy that little bear is doing well. I'm hoping to specialist has some positive news on her eyes but I'm just so happy she is still doing so well in spite of her rough start in life. She is a little fighter and you are most certainly her guardian angel [emoji]128519[/emoji]

trouper throughout her eye exams : )   xx
