Ever since I've had her she's had soft stools, I've been experimenting with different foods of course in case its the food and shes been wormed once, has an appt in 2 weeks and I'm sure she'll be wormed again. What's weird is the past two days she'll have a normal poo, but then after the normal part comes out some more soft poo comes out after, so it's like she has both normal and soft poo. Does this mean she'll be getting better soon or is something else weird going on?

Changing foods can cause diaherra in cats. Also some parasites and infections. I would take her to the vet for a fecal test. That can tell you more than anything.

Just so!  Plus depending on how much time has passed since her last de-worming, she very well may have worms again.  Deworming is a process that needs to be done in a cycle to get the adults and newly hatching babies, etc.

But changing foods, particularly dry foods, can wreak havoc on their digestive tracts.
