please help! kitten problems

last night my family adopted a female kitten. she's about 2-3 months old and very sweet. she had been acting normal last night except for eating, but we figured she just wasn't hungry. she didn't eat or drink at all today, and we left the food and water out all day. i noticed she had been throwing up clear/white in small amounts a few times throughout the day. just now she seemed to experience diarrhea. help! is it possible she is dehydrated? what should i do?

It could be the stress of moving into a new home, combined with a change in diet which will often upset cats' tummies. Do you know if you're feeding her the same as what she was eating before?

we took her to the vet and a stool sample revealed an intestinal problem. she's now receiving medication for it, and the vomiting has stopped so she'll be just fine
