She is eating Purana kitten chow and she's drinking lots of water she hasn't been using the bathroom much. And she won't let me anywhere near her or the kittens

She chose to nest in a nook next to my bed. And she has been the only one in the room unless I'm feeding her

How did mom get out?

Do you have a smart phone or a laptop? Go outside and play a video of kittens crying. She will hopefully come back.

Do you think she's in heat?

She ran out when I opened the door. And idk today she was really aggressive hissing and she keeps trying to take one of the kittens but she leaves the rest in one spot

The kittens are about a week old now, so by my calculations, she could be in heat already.  I am sure she will be back, it would be very unusual for her to abandon her kittens.  It is important to keep mom inside when she returns.  Cats are very quick to get out that door, as you have found out.

An hour is not much time, and the kittens are sleeping, I am certain mom will be back any time now.  Like I said, nursing mom cats do not stay away from the nest for long.  They fill up with milk and need the kittens to nurse after awhile.  There are things you can do though, like have some powdered KMR handy,  a scale to weigh the kittens, etc. for a "just in case measure" that supplementation will be needed.   Don't worry, one of our experts will be along to advise, just be watching out for mom, let her in, and PLEASE do not let her out again.
I am certain the little family will be back together soon.  By the way, those babies look so darling

Do you think she has mastitis or is otherwise not feeling well? If she's in heat you may want to go ahead and have her spayed now. It's not ideal, but having another litter so soon would also be awful.

She's not being aggressive for no reason, so thinking she may need a vet visit.

As for her feeding, I know alot of times when she was feeding the babies would have a hard time feeding and they would fight to get to certain nipples

Ok. Can you get mom spayed in the near future? Three back to back litters is really rough on her.

Have you tried playing kitten sounds?

At this point, kittens need a heat source in the nest with them. Try raw rice microwaved for 5 minutes in s sock. You also need to start feeding them. When can you get the kmr?
