What a coincidence!

DH and I were out, driving to dinner. I was telling him about an old episode of Frasier (for you young people, it was a sitcom about two brothers, Frasier and Niles CRANE). I was driving, and a very large bird dove at the front end of my car. Guess what kind of bird? Yep. A crane! I've lived in this area all of my life; in fact, I spent most of my life a on the road a few feet from that spot, and have never seen a crane, nor did I know we had them. In fact, I had just uttered the name "Crane" as the bird appeared. Well, since today is my birthday, and cranes are a symbol of longevity, I'll take it as a great omen!
