Too see what sort of tabby he is, we need a good pic from the aside, perhaps also from the above.
Spots on the tummy may happen not only on spotted tabby, but also on mackerel and classic tabby, so spots on the tummy doesnt tell much really.

Ok, mackerel tabby. Or striped or tigrered cat in some other languages. 
The breed is almost surely domestic, alike the great majority of all cats. Shorthair. DSH.
Ears are big, but he will probably grow into them when older.
