She is for sure siamese mix. Color points are seal point.
She is a point ("siamese-mix"), semi-longhaired. Im not sure on the exact nuance of the point, something dark but not pitch-black, perhaps Sepia.
Exactly what she is (other than very sweet) is more difficult to say. Because becoming a point is not a breed, but it may be enough two parents of any looks, whom both happen to carry the recessive point gene, and they do meet... And one or two of the kittens in their litter are points, while the other kittens looks alike the parents...
Such happens for example now and then among the Russian Blue. Where they used some blue pointed siameses about 70 years ago, but had not used known carriers in active breeding in 60 years... These pointed russian kittens born in litters of russian blues are look alikes of siamese old type.
OK, if we try to compare her to a known breed, which are nearest?
I think it is the ragdoll and the semi- longhaired siamese = the balinese to choose from.
I vote on the ragdoll as best look alike.

Ps. The red plastic container we see on the pic, its her drinking place? Please make it further away from the litter, and better change to one of porcelain / ceramic, or even stainless steel.
