Read most of the posts on how to keep cats off of car. I already have a tarp on the car and the "ferral" kittens just love to play on top of the car. These cats are cared for by neighbor. She in fact informed me that the kittens love playing on the tarp. Well not the tarp is being torn up.. She will not replace the tarp either. Looking for a solution to keeping them off the car/tarp. Do not want to get into a big argument with her over the unspayed/unneutered cats that she feeds.

Is she not spaying and neutering at all? How old are these kittens?
There isn't a good way to keep them off the tarp, but I wonder if you should call a no kill shelter.
