My Cat & Her Troubles

Ive had my cat since she was a kitten. Her name is Char & she is 8 years old. She and her brother (he passed away last year as a result of an accident) were both given to me and were in very poor health. I nursed them both back to health and they both carried on fine. Char was hit by a car at 2 years old and she has a steel plate fusing her back leg together. Afterwards, at a previous apartment, the office had my apartment sprayed with her in it for pests. She stopped eating & drinking & pests started congregating arround her food & water. I took her to the vet again to get her checked out & she was diagnosed with stomoatitis & was severely constipated. I was advised to get her put under to get an enema and get her teeth cleaned. When i picked her up afterwards, she didnt seem right & her eye was droopy. I asked about this & was told it was the anaesthesia. When i got home with her & let her out the crate, I relized she had some sort of trauma to her eye & vertigo. I called the vet & they played dumb & I rushed her to an emergency hospital. They ruled out lizard poisoning and stated that her ear infection was not treated which caused the vertigo but could not diagnose what happened to her eye. I took her to another vet who treated her eye and diagnosed her with feline leukemia. I took her back to the vet every 6 months after and she eye finally started turning back to normal. She started losing weight, puking, & losing hair and I started taking her to a homeopathic vet. The vet stated that during her previous visit for the tooth cleaning she either died & was brought back or the vet cleaning her teeth struck a nerve. This could explain why the eye always has a bigger pupil & refuses to fully heal, and why she has not been the same since that vet visit. She gets completely mortified every time I take her to a vet. Everything the homeopathic vet has done has worked but she still poops & pees everywhere, including her litter box. Unfortunately my exboyfriend held her ransom while I was out if state working and who knows what he did to her. After I rescued her (which took forever and was extremely risky/dangerous), I took her to the vet to get everything documented. While I was at the vet, I started having severe allergic conjunctivitis in my eye supposedly from her cat dander. I left as quickily as possible, and of course, the vet did a half-ass job, evenly laughing at my situation. I drove as far as possible until Char started acting very strange. Her whole body went limp, over & over and I thought she was dying. I drove to the nearest animal hospital & right when I get inside she starts acting normal because she realizes shes at the vet. This vet did a lot of sketchy stuff like not letting me observe while they dud her check-up, and also made me do a $500 deposit to be seen. When I finally get to see her, the put flea medicine on her without my permission. Shortly after leaving she had a seizure and started behaving as if she couldnt see. She still acts like she cant see that well. Ultimately, she is now in her new home. Totally different environment, different state, and is now the only pet. She has pooped in my new bf's chair twice, in our bed, the whole bed of the upstairs bedroom, and on the upstairs couch twice. All of these spots are right in front of a window. How do I get her to stop? Did I leave any vital information out?
