It sounds like pre-labor bloody discharge. It is usually seen a couple of days before a cat goes into labor and has her kittens.
The babies are coming soon!!! *bounces excitedly*

Ohmigosh!!! Yay! I'm still betting 4! Leave her in peace. She'll prefer to have them in peace in quiet. Just check on her every so often but it's unlikely that she'll have trouble.

Some cats prefer to have their favorite person with them. Try to follow her lead. Hope all is going well!
I had that happen once. I've mentioned before that we had a lot of land and mom took in all the random strays because of her phobia of all things creepy crawly. Anyway, we were given a pregnant half Siamese cat named Cuddles. She was barely pregnant. Anyway, she started giving birth on my lap.
