What can this be?

Hi everyone! My cat's eye is red. I have no clue what it is. It started about a week ago. She lives outdoors mostly. Any idea? I'm unemployed currently and money is tough. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a horrible eye infection of some kind. she needs to go to the vet, her eye is at risk.

Yeah, eye issues are nothing to wait around about.  Get her to the vet immediately so she doesn't lose her eye.

For whatever reason, I can't use the add link tool. You can also google uveitis. It looks like that is definitely something to consider. It is a vet issue for certain. At the end of the article at petmd regarding treatments say that it's treated with drops and ointment but it can be very damaging to the eye without treatment.
