The missing placenta just came out. She won't drink anything, so I think she's not done.

Oh! I'm so sorry I didn't see that you posted anything. She had four, their eyes are open, none of them are calico like her, three of them are ginger with white paws, a white mask, and striped tails. One is a pale ginger with the same white parts. One has the face of his father, they all have huge heads, there's only one girl, three boys, the girl is the biggest of them and was the firstborn.

One of the boys has his third eyelid showing, but he just opened up his eyes.

She can have kitten chow, kitten wet food, a dish a day of KMR for calcium, tuna, boiled chicken, plain yogurt, cheese, boiled or scrambled eggs, tiny pieces of cooked ham or hamburger.

You can buy high-calorie Nutrical paste as a supplement.

In general, find what she likes, and offer unlimited food at all times.

Is everyone doing okay?

Oh dear! I think she needs to see the vet. She probably needs meds. Can you get her to the vet?

If I can, it won't be today. I do have Orbax, which is an antibacterial and I gave her a little bit, that's the medicine my cat Poppy was prescribed for her upper respiratory infection. I read the description and it helps with intestinal bacteria infections.

I have a friend who might be able to help me later today. I'll just help him and his wife around their house as a form as work.

I just got home, my cousin was moving out and I helped her, but the girl kitten didn't get any better. I might need to give her more medicine.

I did do some research. It looks like the diarrhea is a greenish color, which indicated that they're over feeding and I guess it's about time for me to keep Cleo away from them as much as she has been near them.

I don't think this is the answer. A 3 week old kitten needs unlimited access to mom. This kitten needs to see a vet. Please don't separate mom from babies.

I just read through this thread, so nursing kittens will NEVER overeat. This is only meant when kittens do not have a momma to nurse from and are bottle fed.

That is when diarrhea from overfeeding can  happen.

Mom and babes should be together as much as possible.

Soon enough mom will begin to grow tired of constantly nursing them and will take her own breaks now and then, but this shouldn't start until they are a good 4+ weeks at least. Even then she will continue to nurse them plenty but won't be so in to lounging with them as she was.

So if you are saying the diarrhea is green, but first said it looked white/wormy, what does it look like now?

One of the kittens eyes are a bit far apart.
