It's good you were able to help. A kitten stuck in the birth canal too long can die from lack of oxygen once the sac breaks open.

She start having contractions around 2 and gave birth around 4, the kitten came out tail first, I actually had to help get the kit out.
good you were there to help. The trick is to draw, slowly but consistently, together with mommas push...

The second one was breached as well, but it came out quickly.

Would shaving her belly fir help the kittens get to the milk? She has the thickest fur on her belly.
Yes, its OK to trim some.   Usually the fur falls out / are licked out by momma, around the nipples.  But if not so, you can trim.   Good idea!

I'm beginning to think she's had kittens before. She knows exactly what to do and when to do.

You shouldn't need to shave her. That will be stressful to mom.

Contracting is different than actual pushing. You don't want to see pushing for more than 45 minutes or so without the birth of a kitten. If you see that, it's an emergency and you need to get to a vet.

A friend and I found her outside a restaurant, I immediately wanted her, but she wouldn't come to anyone. Then later that month, my friend and her ex caught her and they were going to keep her, but the town found out how many cats they had, the limit is 4 and they had over that amount due to getting strays, so she sent her home with me.

Thank you for rescuing her! How long have you had her?

It was my pleasure. Her adopted sister, Sapphire was found in a dumpster at a school, and her adopted sister Thicket was found at a railroad crossing, and their adopted brother Hircine was discovered eating dog food on my friend's porch, he was skinny and skittish, but she was able to catch him and brought him inside where her cat Zeus and Piper befriended him and I ended up taking in all of them. I don't regret it. I got 7 cats from her and I already had cats of my own. I had about 15 cats from all over the place. Only 3 were born here. The others came from bad places, or weren't claimed after storms.

As of the 26th, I've had Cleo for 4 months. She's about 2 years old I think.

And the third is here, I can feel one left. This one came out normally. Two boys and one girl.

It sounds like all is going well. Are you sure the placenta did not come out with the kitten and mom ate it already?

Thank you for helping all of these cats! Are you able to spay and neuter them?

I've gotten the males neutered and 1 female. She went under a lot of stress as she was pregnant when it happened and ripped out her belly fur and some skin. There's only three males that are not kittens and they're neutered. It's hard getting them all neutered and spayed.

Also, I didn't see it come out, but I was right there when she gave birth to the fourth. I currently have 10 cats older than 3 months, right now. The others have went to new homes.

I know it's hard to spay and neuter them all, but it sounds like you are doing a fantastic job! Thank you!

Hopefully, the placenta came out and she ate it. Are they all nursing now? Does mom seem to be done?

I can see at least one more, hopefully, moving around, they're all nursing and she's about to be rewarded with a bowl of kitten milk.
