Reply dialogue box and emoticons missing

Hi Admin,
I'm so glad that I joined the Catsite. I've been using my iPad and mobile phone all the time since joining but using iPad 90% all the time.
Initially there is no problem attaching photos and emoticons. It was all in the start new thread or reply dialogue box.
Now I can't insert photos or emoticons as they do not appear anymore. Usually at the end of a thread, there's a reply box with all the links and photos videos insert icons. Now, it's just a blank box.
I've logged off, cleared history and restarted my iPad but the problem still persist.
On my iPad I'm using desktop mode. Tried switching to mobile and there is the insert photo icon but no emoticons and when I inserted a photo, I cannot choose size of photo from mobile mode.
Tried on my iPhone and switching modes, it's the same problem.
Please help me out here?

It does me like that sometimes and all I do is hit full page editor and then they will show up.

Just tried that, did not work. Also I tried in preference by changing from rich text editor to BB code editor and still doesn't work

I don't know maybe one of the tech savvy people will come along soon.

Hi admin, what I was talking about is this dialogue box. It's backed now.
Was just wondering about its disappearance due to a bug?
Anyway, it reappeared and now I can post photos.
