Thanks everyone!!! So far it's a GREAT day! It's not zero degrees outside, and the sun came out!

It started with breakfast in bed. Though we're really busy with work today (so from that standpoint it'll be kind of uneventful) we are breaking diets later for cheeseburgers and cake. Gary's making the cheeseburgers (YUM!) (he buys three kinds of ground meat, combines them and adds spices to the mix, and they've been "curing" in the freezer for a few weeks and will be brought out to thaw shortly. Looks like he'll be able to do them on the BBQ!). We're buying the cake - my favorite - chocolate with chocolate. My "present" this year is that we've decided to spend the money on a P.I. to track down what happened to Booger. If we actually find anything out, that will be best present possible.

And re: the age thing... birthdays never bothered me.... though I do feel like I'm getting older now! I think it's the wrinkles rapidly growing around the eyes especially... the skin that isn't clear and "springy" anymore... visible signs of gravity, and the constant need for moisturizer on my hands.... (Sorry! Don't mean to depress all of you still in you're 30s, LOL!)

40 didn't bother me in the least - I was relieved to find out I was turning only 40! Gary's b-day is 5 months ahead of me, and he was telling everyone "we're" 40 - so when 40 actually came around, I was really pleased to find out I wasn't turning 41 then.

Gotta get back to work.... Thanks for the wonderful wishes.
