Just wanted to say hi

Hi everyone! I have used this site for a while to look for answers to questions about my two cats that I adopted from the Humane Society but finally decided to join so I could participate in the threads. I am having a little trouble attaching pictures of the cats using my phone but I will figure it out momentarily

When we first brought the kittens home they loved to curl up in the bathroom sink. They still try to wedge their bodies in it now lol!

My daughter named the brown one with green eyes Tiger. She is super affectionate and she has a funny chirping sound that she makes. When she does meow it's really high pitched. She loves catnip and my daughter.

The grey one with the yellow lightning eyes is Storm. She was taken to the Humane Society as a feral kitten. In the last year she's come out of her shell a little bit and likes brief head scratches. She will often sit next to me with her paw on my arm like she's holding my hand. Her meow is rough even though she's tiny. I always joke that her voice is like that of an old woman who has smoked her whole life. She's definitely my favorite of the two She loves pipe cleaners.

They're both so different than the cat we lost last year who was the definition of mellow. Her name was Cocoa and she was a cuddler. We still miss her. She was an amazing cat and we loved her. We love the adventure our new babies bring. We never know what's going to happen next!
