I had already gotten the news on Televisión Española, but I've got this here on English for you folks:

Now, what really puts me up heated is that on the latest news being passed right now on Televisión Española, apparently it happened because of corrupt constructors... It had been built on record time and to save money they had used cheap materials and built it negligently . The Russian government intends to indicte the constructors on negligent homicide. Don't you find it horrible?

OMG! This is so terrible! It is so sad when people want to make more money or spend less money on the count of losing lives instead

It's horrible. So many of the victims were children, too. Negligent homicide sounds about right!
