I decided to use a photo logo. Not sure if this is how logos usually work but it's what I decided to do. So help me pick the first one! I'm giving both the image itself, as well as the way it looks like business card.

I'm trying to convey that cats are a part of the family (with a name like this one, duh!). That they are just as special as any other member of the family.

#1 - Lucky Template 1

#2 - Lucky Template 2

#3 - Lucky Template 3

I have the poll going for a week, just so it doesn't go through to infinity. Thanks so much in advance, figured might as well have fun with this. Doing the logos today made me super-excited for some reason. And it feels only right to have my little man as the basis for the logo.

Yay, so happy to see votes! I loved all the ones I created so much, and it was so hard to pick. Honestly, any pic of my little ol' man is awesome to me, so yeah, picking was next to impossible.

No. 1. The close up works better. You're providing cat sitting, not floors

Hey, you NEVER know! :lol3:

I love the different opinions people have, and I love the various reasons people are giving for what they are choosing! It gives a lot of perspective that I really needed. Keep 'em coming, the more the better!

If the votes hold up the way they are, I already have some ideas about things (which I will share when this poll is closed). I think it's about half over now. I'm super-excited about this.

I like number one also. It looks professional, yet "homey"...

The first two look blurry to me and kind of  hurt my eyes to look at.  Maybe it is just me as the majority seem to like it.

I think it's probably the flooring especially the one on the top part of the picture.  Maybe if it was all the hardwood flooring or the wood flooring with a solid color rug.

I like the colorful one.  It doesn't have the distraction of the rug/floor and with Lucky being black and white it's a good contrast.

I know you also have dogs and therefore dog experience.  Should you put something on the card to let people know you can watch cats and their dog siblings for people with both.  You don't want to lose business because people think you only watch cats.

I think your title should be Pet Sitter Extraordinaire

I like the second one.  The cat looks relaxed and happy on the floor and I think the floor texture adds to it.

It just depends how well it shows up on the actual size of the card.. One of the basic rules of a good logo is that it works in all sizes.. business card to poster.

What I wouldn't give to have a chance to recreate this picture....

It's probably also the filter. Had such a hard time with them, plus the picture wasn't great quality to begin with. But, something told me it had to be this one.

That picture in itself is ultimately the logo. Mainly, was looking to see what would look good for the business card, as I'm not good once it's such a small size. Plus I'm biased.

handsome kitty handsome kitty , I really want this to be geared toward cats, but I am not unwilling to watch smaller dogs. Any dog that needs to be walked though wouldn't work. I fear for my life just walking outside in the winter in general (I am an expert at falling), so the idea of having a dog on a leash as well just terrifies me. So, still trying to figure out how to work that in there. Probably will be in the services that I offer.
