My cat just got spayed and had pyometra surgery

She has a pinkish bump on top of her incision and stitches...is this normal or should I be worried? She's acting fine... She's not one to rest tho she is pretty active. So idk if something happened to the stitch or not..? Here's a photo incase anyone's able to identify it being normal.
my vet already thinks I'm crazy and worry too much lol so I want to be sure before I take her in

Also I looks like they put some silver type stuff on it? I've never seen that before... They didn't say anything about it so I assume it's some type of healing/wound spray

I would call the vet and show this photo to them to be safe.
