I think you are sying you have a kitten with or around a cat with a flea collar and the whites are bloodshot, if the kitten is under 12 weeks of age from what I know, that can be dangerous, ACV and salt water is really all you can do in their surroundings till thenalthough I wait 20 weeks for any treatments.
