I have 3 cats, and two of them shed like crazy. Does anybody know any products or shampoos of a sort that will reduce or even stop cat shedding from experience that worked well woth your cat. I also dont want to spend a fortune on this. Thanks

I'm desperate for an answer too, I'm going to follow this one!  I am going to end up in the poorhouse from buying lint rollers.

I only have one that is a bad shedder.  I've tried everything, going away from dry cat food (he is resistant!) and getting him to eat more wet, brushing daily with a soft brush, just don't know what else to do.  I can brush him and get just gobs of hair off (enough to make another cat) and then run my hand over him and it just flies off of him in puffs.

I'm scared to use the "furminator" thing I bought too often (it does help) because I'm scared of damaging his skin and undercoat, and thus end up making it worse.

Mainly we are just blowing through lint rollers at an insane rate. I bought two of the reusable, washable "sticky roller" lint rollers--don't even waste your money on those.  I too would love others advice on this!

I understand!  I don't really have it in my food unless one flies off my shirt onto my plate (and I'm way past caring about that haha!!), but I'm tired of running out the door trying to lint roll my legs every morning, rolling the couch or chairs every night....anywhere he goes he leaves what I call a "furry film"!
