Not receiving *any* notifications

A few days ago I was trying to move a notification to a different folder where it would be easy to find and deal with in a few minutes, but instead of clicking on the "Move" button I accidentally clicked on the "Spam" button.  I immediately went to my spam folder, selected the message, and clicked on "Not Spam," which got it moved back to the inbox, but I haven't received any notifications since.

I've checked my spam folder, and they aren't there; it's more like I've actually unsubscribed.  I checked my settings on TCS and I'm still subscribed to all the threads I thought I was subscribed to.  I changed the settings so that I should be receiving notifications every time someone posts in any thread I'm subscribed to, not just after I've actually visited the thread, and still nothing.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional, Firefox portable, version 47.0, and Yahoo mail.  I'm wondering whether it would help to switch my email address with TCS to my gmail account?  That's the only thing I can think of that I haven't already tried, except posting here, which I'm (obviously) doing right now.

In some cases once the email is flagged as spam, it stops getting sent. Anne Anne may be able to help you out with this. :)

Yes, I just checked and the system stopped sending you emails because you reported TCS mail as spam 


I've reset that parameter so you should be getting your TCS emails again from now. Let me know if it's still not working though so I can investigate other causes.

I've reset that parameter so you should be getting your TCS emails again from now. Let me know if it's still not working though so I can investigate other causes.
Thank you, @Anne.  I found a whole slew of notifications in my inbox this morning.  And thanks also to @Margd, who suggested that I post the problem in this forum.

By the way, Anne, I've found all three of the newsletters, and made a special folder just for them so I'll be able to find them again.
