I noticed one of my female, feral cats yesterday walking funny.  She is wobbly and losing her balance especially if she turns her head.  She is eating and comes to me.  I felt around for any injuries or broken bones and see nothing.  She acts like she has CH, but can that occur in a 2 year old?  Please help!  Thank you.

No, cerebellar hypoplasia may not show up for 2 months but not two years.  She could have a head injury, a brain tumor, an inner ear infection, or even rabies.  If you can get her to a vet, that is the only way you can possibly get a diagnosis.

Like @Red Top Rescue  said, there are  many many types of infections, injuries and other types of illness that can cause this. Anything that affects the brain, the nervous system or the ear can cause this. One of my cats died of an unidentified infection that caused these symptoms. He was 17 years old and didn't respond to treatment so we had to PTS him when it got really bad. We did have him tested for rabies, even though it's extremely rare here and fortunately it wasn't that.
