I think this is either from a parasite or from a fungal infection, not cancer or dental issue. Let me know what you think.. The vet just wants to take it out. You can see it in his cheek kinda looks like cauliflower head.

Oh and it is solid as a rock, could not perform biopsy

Wow! Thanks for sharing. I don't have any idea what to make of this, I do not have any expertise in this area. What made you take you cat in? What were his symptoms?
